War on Drugs was lost a long time ago.

One bad boy replaces another bad boy and the sucker tax payers keep footing the bill. On the bright side we keep providing Judges, lawyers, police, crown attorney’s, drug dealers with jobs, instead of building houses for the poor, hospitals homeless shelters and so on.
