  • Want a real Christmas Season treat to get you in the right mood for the hustle and bustle of this time of the year. Mapleview Mall Friday’s 6:30-8:00 pm and Burlington Mall Saturday’s 10:00-11:30 am you can hear a wonderful brass band playing everything fromJingle Bells to your favorite song of the Season. We took in both this weekend and everyone from children to our seniors were smiling and tapping their feet. Many had their own personal requests played.

  • Let us first say thank you for this article. Second we are not members of the Salvation Arm but we do volunteer at the kettles. The money raised stays in Burlington and it fills so many gaps that our governents have left in ensuring all Burlington resident’s NEEDS are taken of…. We have heard so many expressing thank you’s for how they were served by the kettle campaign as they drop their donations in with a big smile. Thank you for those who have the time and mobility to serve our community (we appreciate not all do) in this way and will. You will be extremely blessed by the stories you hear and the generosity of those who have a kettle available to them. To the generous shoppers who have blessed our hearts, thank you.
