    Location, location, location.

GO train clanging past every 15 minutes.

Downwind from Fearman’s Slaughterhouse on a hot summer’s day with a view of the killing field

Keep the radio on, windows closed and the curtains pulled.

The developers are likely hoping that Fearman’s which has announced it wishes to expand, will relocate. Whether it does or not the development will sell out.

The location is perfect, you can not build down town. No one is ever happy stay positive!!!

This project should not proceed until the current traffic congestion on Appleby is corrected,

Great location for new high rises just around the corner from a slaughter house that kills 10000 pigs a day !
The smell some days is overwhelming !
