When you lose internet access - its like being in a car that has run out of gas - you aren't going anywhere

BURLINGTON, ON

Rural life does have its charms.

It also has some drawbacks.

All you can do is wait until there is a signal. Frustrating.

At about noon yesterday, we lost our access to the internet.  The week before, we lost power.

You scramble to find out where the problem is.  Then you realize that it is the service provider.

They can’t get to us that day and advise us that it will be between noon and 5:00 pm the next day before they can get to us.

So we wait.

Turns out the Bell Line running into the house had come loose, and we weren’t getting a solid signal.

Took less than 15 minutes to fix the problem

Took half a day for us to catch up.

We appreciate your patience
