Advance poll vote turn out for Burlington: 9146 people cast ballots

So – how do you think the advance poll for Burlington went?

Much better than a lot of people expected

There were 9146 ballots cast during the advance poll.

The percentage of voters that cast ballots during the advance poll was 8.74%

Across the province, the number was 6.14

That’s all the retirees done then; that just leaves the unpensioned old and the working young.

Our number is 42% higher than the provincial average. Hope it foretells the Feb. 27th turnout. Voting has never been as critical as it is this time.
