    We have an alternative to the highway. Use the two rail corridors already in place. They are wide enough to add additional tracks to move people and goods from Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, and Hamilton towards Niagara Falls and Fort Erie.
    Buffalo’s Rail services have been improved through a US National rail initiative. It would be a natural step for Canada to tie into this enhanced rail link.

    Using rail is cheaper to provide and maintain than a Highway. Trains have a smaller environmental impact than a Highway full of trucks.
