    Yes, I was pleased to get an email from Marianne Meed Ward outlining what was going on in Burlington. Good for her. I have not always agreed with her views but I found the information helpful. My power was off for about an hour or so and I never thought about using my smart phone to find out about what was going on. I don’t find the layout of the city website very helpful and never considered turning to it. Then again, if your power is out, would you really use your cell phone. I hope that the mayor was working on the situation and suspect that he was. Meed Ward had my email and I wonder about those who are not on her email list. Perhaps a better communication from city hall that is of this century needs to get through to Burly people?
