An 18 point drop in a Satisfaction level on how Council is doing is 'precipitous'

Council has heard a report from Deloitte, an accounting firm that was hired by the city to do a community survey that was completed recently.

What a precipitous drop looks like

Council discussed that report.

Chair of the meeting, Mayorality candidate Rory Nisan made the following comment:

Committee meeting Chair Rory Nisan, wearing a tie for the first time in a long time.

“An 18 point drop in the satisfaction level is a precipitous drop”.

No kidding.
