The notices appears in your email almost daily.

Unfortunately tens of thousands of people get taken in – they click on a line in the email they think is valid. The process of attempting to steal your money has begun.

Here is the most recent we received:

The technology required to put a atop to this kind of email exists – to put in into play requires the involvement of every country in the worlds that has internet access. Easier said that done.

It it seems suspicious, I ALWAYS either hover over the senders ID or click on it to determine the IP address. It will usually reveal an weird address. if it is supposedly from say, Bell or Amazon (I get a lot of these), I will forward to Bell’s and Amazons phishing scam address so they can see what’s going on…Then I DELETE the email. Other scams I get such as Norton or MacAfee, I simply delete immediately.
Always be cautious…..Also, with the numerous scam phone calls I receive, if their ID does not show up from my contact list, I simply let it go to voice mail.
