It appears to be around 1962.
Left hand north side is Ridley’s gas station, left of that is Brant Chrysler.
On the right is the Royale bank , to its right is Olsen’s sporting goods , next that is the Roxy theatre, next to that is Paul’s Victoria Restaurant.
Hope this helps

I think l see the Leggett car dealership on the north west side of Brant st. Maybe they can help with the time frame.
The cannery was still there when I was at BHS up until the late 1950’s.
The Historical Society could help you.
On the opposite corner is the Royal Bank, the Odeon single screen theatre, a small restaurant and the bus terminal-smoke shop-news stand that served Gray Coach and Canada Coach Lines. Burlington Transit began service in 1975. There was a new BT terminal stretching between Elizabeth and Pearl Streets. It was replaced by a kiosk on John St with on road bus pick up and drop off. I have never lived in the downtown area, so more and better details are still out there.
Spencer Smith park may still be mostly a marina. To the left of the Brant – Lakeshore intersection is a 2 bay Shell service station and beside it is Brant Chrysler Plymouth. The town hall opened in 1965, the same year that the Chedoke section of Hwy 403 opened.
