Dave Lysecki, Pediatric Palliative Medicine Specialist, Medical Director of Canada’s Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance said to a group of people recently, “Were I in your position, I’d also assume that I must have paid Louis Frapporti to say all these nice things about me, but let me lay your worries to rest: I tried but couldn’t afford him.

Lou Frapporti: just no Hamilton Maverick like him.

It always invigorating to be in Lou’s presence and it was great to sit down and share ideas about life, death, children, healthcare, Hamilton, and of course Keaton’s House – Paul Paletta Children’s Hospice and McMaster Children’s Hospital – Hamilton Health Sciences – all the while in the warm company of friends.

I have a conspiracy theory that the show is actually called “Maverick’s” because it’s Lou’s show and well, there’s just no Hamilton Maverick like him.
