Coldest Night of the Year! Feb 22, 4-7pm

For Eagles Neat, a registered charitable organization that helps adults, youth and children care for their mental health and learn new tools for healthy relationships, is located on the border of Hamilton and Burlington, Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is their biggest fundraiser.

They want to raise $90,000 to fund the affordable mental health services and programs that Eagles Nest provides. Last year there were 120 walkers and 30 teams that committed to the fund raiser.

What is CNOY like?

  • t’s Fun! It’s a family friendly fundraising walk of 2 km or 5 km around Waterdown village with rest stops, food and volunteers to cheer you along.
  • It’s Local. Funds raised go to Eagles Nest, a mental health charity right in your own community.
  • It Makes An Impact. Every $50 raised provides someone with 1 hour of fully subsidized or low cost mental health services.
