Give this boy a map! Also as deputy mayor of environment, it would have been nice had he responded to an email I sent to him on an actual important environmental matter, but like his council colleagues – with the exception of Lisa – he doesn’t answer pesky members of the public he serves.

What does he actually do?

My understanding is that the Clerk has dug within his book of arcane rules (or is that Arjoon rules) and has discovered that a Councillor who lives in one ward but represents another is entitled to average out his constituency. Please meet Rory Nisan, the Deputy Mayor and ‘Travellin’ Man’ for the virtual Ward 2 1/2.
