The shoes are the giveaway. No idea if there was any music or if he had an audience.
Cant tell you who he is – but he appears to be having a great time.
Sun shining and if you check out those shoes you know this man takes his dancing seriously.
Or, perhaps the eclipse that will darken the city mid day has him wanting to say something with his feet.

Knowing Burlington that has a pickle where the sun doesn’t shine…they probably had him removed or arrested.
Burlington is so boring. Filled with great areas such as Village Square, Spencer Smith locations, Brant Square…perfect areas to allow those with local talent to bring music and joy and a sense of community just like they do in Europe.
But no…more important to let the developers go full force. City doesn’t do anything g downtown…streets, lots need work. Curb appeal…we won’t even go there. Business owners have nicknamed John Street “Slum Street “.
Shame on Burlington City Hall. But hey don’t forget to pay for Saturday parking.
