What a joke. How does keeping sky high taxes on new development help our keep our property taxes low? The average new home in the GTA pays over $381,000 of fees and taxes. $115k for City and Region development charges. Then permit fees, community fees, parkland fees etc. etc. If we have no new development we have no new property tax revenue. That means our taxes will go up!

I agree with “Downtown Resident” and would like to add that motorcycle noise is out of control!

Graham, you must know by now she never loses.

    She simply “pivots”.

So glad to hear as residents we are being listened to

    Does this mean she lost?

    Property Taxes continue to increase.
Transient Traffic continues to be a huge problem every evening.
Downtown is at a standstill whenever there is an accident on the hwy.
Unnecessary on street patios add to the congestion.
Definitely looking for new leadership for Burlington
