This was before Marianne was elected Mayor. She was a Councillor with an office in the basement of City Hall. This evening, she might be in her office or at home. Everything is virtual these days.
The Mayor’s Town Hall takes place this evening – starts at 7:00 pm

You can join at any time during the Town Hall.
Due to expected high call volumes, please be patient if you do not connect immediately.
Why bother ? – when they screen calls without documenting what the unanswered calls were about (I know from personal experience)? Even if you do get through, they listen but never act on your comments (again from personal experience delegating to council).
Unless of course, you ask them to spend MORE- they are very good at that.
