BURLINGTON, ON

The Ontario Health Coalition has been working at getting the public to understand just how serious the threat is to public health.

They have groups in most of the mid-sized and large communities across the province.  They don’t have a group spreading the message in Burlington.

8000 people on the streets protesting government changes to public health services.

Last week they held a march on Queen’s Park where 8,000 people protested about the changes Premier Ford is making and his near-total disregard for the impact his changes are having on small communities.

The Ontario Health Coalition took advantage of the GO train schedule to transport people into Toronto.

The Ontario Health Coalition was asking people to tell Premier Doug Ford and your local MPP to stop privatizing our public hospitals and health care. That means: stop the private clinics and fund the operating rooms and diagnostics in our public hospitals that are underused, stop forcing the hospitals into cuts, stop privatizing all the health care services they are privatizing.
