Prime Minister Carney pulls his Cabinet together today, hands out the marching orders so they can deliver on the promises.
Here is the team:
Add to the above the ten Secretaries of State who have limited, but nevertheless important roles.
This is very much a Carney government – his fingerprints are on every page. He has made it very clear that he will do everything he can to change the direction the Canadian economy will take and deal with the American president as best he can – as best anyone can.
Here is Mark Carney’s new 28-person cabinet – focused on revamping Canada’s relationship with the U.S., reducing the cost of living and addressing public safety:

It is difficult to be positive Carol when there is clearly no plan, and the front bench consists largely of recycled Trudeau Ministers. Joseph you will be waiting a long time for results.
Largely thanks to the Liberal Party Canada has not a functioning government for almost a year and the plan is to spend; baby spend like a drunken sailor with virtually no accountability. We will recess for the summer facing this existential threats to the nation and produce a fiscal update TBA and a budget TBA 2026.
Some of us thought this guy has financial expertise.
Add to that the re-appointment of Guilbeault to cabinet. This demonstrates a lack of judgement from Carney or perhaps a planned poison pill to the west if a “consensus is needed for oil and gas infrastructure. It certainly brings into question Carney’s comments about encouraging national unity.
The non-appointment of Carlos Leite to cabinet is shocking to say the least along with the appointment of Shafqat Ali to President of the Treasury Board. If you recall he is famous for live streaming (twice) from his toilet to the virtual parliament.
Then there is the appointment of Solomon the shill who lost his CTV position by selling art on the side to Carney and others. What skill exactly does he bring to AI?
Robertson states that house pricing doesn’t do not need to be reduced. (clarifies later!) and Fraser will work from home to be closer to family.
I will not name the pro Hamas (anti Semite) ministers. You should all know who they are by now if you have been paying attention.
Now is not the time for negativity..
We all need to pull together if we SINCERELY want our country to survive and thrive!
As to the composition of the PM’s cabinet,meh. Looking forward to the promised results from the campaign.
