We knew it was wet yesterday – just didn’t know how wet it was for some people.

  The more we cover the ground with concrete and condos, the greater chance that flooding will occur. Our low rise and residential neighborhoods are an important part of our flood control infrastructure, and greedily coveted by developers who live comfortably elsewhere.
