  Teachers and their Union claim that Teachers have a 12 month contract and use that to justify their claims they are “underpaid”.

  If that is the case why is that their PD days are not held during the period that school is not in session? If they are employed during the summer months why don’t they do their self improvements then rather than run up to their mutlti-million $ cottages in Muskoka?
